Sergio zoekt: Een Appartement / Huurwoning / Studio / Kamer in Enschede

I am a 32 year old professor and researcher from Spain. I am moving to Enschede/Hengelo in February to work as a guest researcher at the University of Twente for 2 years. I am a polite, quiet, clean person. No pets, and I do not smoke or drink. I am looking for:
* Furnished or semi-furnished (definitely not otherwise) studio/appartment.
* Close to the University of Twente (max 25 minutes by bike). The closer the better.
* It would be a great advantage if 2 people could live there and be registered, so my partner can move in with me eventually.
* The duration of the lease can be the same or shorter than 12 months.
