I am a 22-year-old Romanian student about to begin my Master's programme in Enschede. I am a mature, responsible, and non-smoking tenant who takes great care of any living space. I value order, cleanliness, and pay my rent and utilities on time. I will be moving in with my partner and our two well-behaved indoor cats. To ensure the property remains in perfect condition, we use an automatic self-cleaning litter box, a water fountain, scratching posts, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained, we are fully equipped to maintain a damage-free and odour-free home. We are a quiet couple who do not party and rarely stay out late. We are looking for a stable, long-term rental where we can focus on studies and respect the peace of the neighbourhood.
