Constanze is looking for: An Apartment / Rental Property / Studio in Enschede

Hello,
My name is Constanze Kosanke, and I am currently looking for an apartment in Enschede as I will begin my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Twente this September. 
Having recently graduated from high school in Germany with my Abitur, I am very excited to start this new chapter and move to Enschede for my studies.
Only thing missing is a place to feel at home.

Alongside school, I worked as a waitress for the past two years, which taught me responsibility and reliability. In addition, I recently completed a two-month internship at a hotel in Albufeira, Portugal, which ended on 13 June. Living and working abroad was a valuable experience that allowed me to gain confidence, improve my communication skills, and adapt to an international environment.

My mother will fully support me financially throughout my studies and will act as my guarantor. She is Head of Risk & Compliance at TMF Luxembourg S.A. and has over 25 years of professional experience in the financial sector, with a monthly net income of approximately €7,500,-. In addition, I receive monthly financial support from the Luxembourg government as well as a half-orphan's pension following the loss of my father (750,-€)

I would describe myself as a friendly, respectful, and reliable person. I enjoy travelling, reading, sports, cooking, and spending time with friends. While I am a social person and enjoy meeting new people, I also value having my own space where I can relax, focus on my studies, and feel at home. I would treat the apartment with great care and be a responsible and considerate tenant.
